Membership Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Who can be a member?

Impact100 Metro Denver is open to anyone age 18 or older. Memberships are renewed annually.

What is required of a Member?

An annual commitment of a $1,000 grant contribution and $100 administrative fee. Members choose their own level of involvement. Some simply like knowing that 100% of their grant contribution will be put to good use in the community. Others enjoy participating in an occasional volunteer or education opportunity. And some may want to be part of the grant review and finalist selection process. All members are given the opportunity to vote for the grant award recipients.

I would like to contribute less than $1,000. Can I be a part of Impact100?

Yes! You can become an Impact Partner. Although your donation does not provide voting rights, we welcome you to support the core mission of our chapter.

I would like to contribute more than $1,000. Do I get more than one vote?

Our founding principle is “one woman…one vote.” Any amount given over $1,000 can be used to increase the grant pool, sponsor a new member or cover operating costs.

Is my contribution tax deductible?

Impact100 Metro Denver is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and donations may be tax-deductible, to the extent of the law, for the year in which the donation is made.

Do you accept corporate matching?

Absolutely! Please email info@impact100metrodenver.org

Can I give $500 and use a company match to make my total $1,000 donation?
Yes, matching gifts may be applied. Your company can match any contribution you make. Funds are used to increase the grant pool, sponsor new members or cover operating costs.
