Reduce stigma regarding mental health counseling by learning more.

Join us for this special evening where we will learn how mental health counseling sessions are provided through small group break-out sessions, facilitated by Maria Droste Counseling Center (MDCC) therapists on important and timely topics.

The $25 standard event ticket fee funds the MDCC mental health counselors and pays for drinks and appetizers. If you purchase the $50 event ticket with an additional donation, that additional $25 will pay for a future counseling session for a low-income client in need.

Mental health is real and affects everyone. This unique event includes small group break-out sessions facilitated by MDCC therapists. Participants will get to choose from a selection of topics.

5:00 – 5:50 Networking, beverages and refreshments

5:50 – 6:00 Opening remarks, Dr. Sandra Mann, MDCC CEO

6:00- 7:15 Break-out groups (three 20 minute sessions)

7:15 – 7:30 Closing Remarks & Reflections
