As the last days of January rolled in, about forty members and friends of Impact100 Metro Denver gathered at the American Red Cross HQ to enjoy friendship, comradery, tasty food & libations. In addition, they were pleased to have a guest presenter for this “Strictly Social…with a Twist,” Mr. Kyle Endres of We Don’t Waste, a previous Impact grantee. Established in 2009, the impact of their operation is impressive, having 250 million servings of food saved. “We Believe nutritious food should go to the people, not landfills” is their motto. And we believe it, too!
