Accelerator Grant Application 2026-2028

Organizations who fit the below criteria may apply for the Impact100 Metro Denver 2026-2028 Accelerator Grant. Our plan is for the selected nonprofit to receive $25,000 in 2026, and to receive this same amount in 2027 and 2028, for a total of $75,000. This trust-based grant can be used for operational needs, overhead, or programmatic goals and will require minimal reporting. The deadline to apply is March 3, 2026.

Accelerator Grant Eligibility Criteria

1. Organization is tax-exempt under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (either under their own name or through a fiscal sponsor);
2. Ability to provide a budget for the current year and 990s for the most recent two years;
3. Annual operating budget between $100,000 and $499,999;
4. Has been in operation at least 3 years;
5. Provides services to immigrants that help them understand their rights and navigate opportunities to exercise them;
6. Leadership and/or staff reflects the diversity of the immigrant community; and
7. Services are provided to those who reside in the Metro Denver counties of Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and/or Jefferson.

Virtual Q & A Session

 We will provide a virtual Q&A session for interested nonprofits to attend. It will be a Zoom meeting at this link  with the Meeting ID: 898 0167 8071 on January 28, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. The session will also be recorded, and you can request a copy of the recording if you’re unable to attend. If you would like to submit questions in advance,
those can be sent to accelerator@impact100metrodenver.org by January 26, 2026.

Application

Please complete the Application below and return it by March 3, 2026. The application should be saved as a PDF or Word document and submitted to accelerator@impact100metrodenver.org.

  • You also have the option to submit your application in video format, which needs to be in one of these formats: AAC, MP3, M4A, WAV, WMAm MOV, MPEG, MP4, or WMV. We will be using the otter.ai app, which will transcribe your video into a written application using AI. If this is your preference, please send the video to accelerator@impact100metrodenver.org. Your video will not be watched by anyone; only the transcription will be reviewed.
  • If you have completed a recent grant application for another organization and it provides the same information requested in our application, you may substitute it, as is, for the one below.
  • If you need the application translated to another language in order to more effectively complete the application, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than January 28, 2026 by emailing accelerator@impact100metrodenver.org. We are hopeful we can accommodate your needs.

  • IRS Determination Letter or Fiscal Sponsor Contract
  • Form 990: most current two years
  • Current fiscal year budget
  • Financial Narrative (OPTIONAL): This is an opportunity to provide a financial narrative that tells the story of your organization’s financial health to help the reader understand your organization’s unique story.
