A note from Impact100 Metro Denver President

Focusing on what unites us, in a sea of change

Dear Impact100 Metro Denver Community:
As we enter our 10th year of Grantmaking, Impact100 Metro Denver has evolved, but remains steadfast in our resolve to support the non-profits that nurture our diverse community.

While there is uncertainty and confusion resulting from the recent actions of the federal administration, we at Impact100 Metro Denver continue to choose to focus on what unites us. We know that these recent outside forces have created hurt, disruption and anxiety for those we serve through collective giving. But we also know well that in the DNA of nonprofits there is the ability to manage through chaos and crisis. They have done so in the past; they will do so now.

Impact100 Metro Denver stands firm on our commitment to diversity, inclusion and partnership with our nonprofit community. Five years ago, we adopted a statement of Solidarity and Social Justice, which rings louder now than ever before. See our statement on Social Justice here.

In a sea of change, we want to reassert that we are guided by Our Mission, Vision and Values. We don’t falter on those, even when confronted by the economic and social uncertainty around us.

With resolve and gratitude for our collective power that unites us,
Deb Brackney
